While this was an organization-wide effort that brought attendees inside and outside the Wrigley Field ballpark, I kept the collaboration and communication between internal stakeholders afloat, as many different internal teams ran out their various tracks and workflows, ensuring all were aligned throughout the season’s variety of events, activations, and campaigns. I specifically helped with tracking and reconciling operational expenses; facilitating communications between third-party vendors and onsite security; and following up with marketing and PR timelines.
